foods good, prices are a little high

They seem to have a hard time keeping the place clean but as most people are in and out, this isn't going to matter to most. The food is average but if you are looking for a quality meal, look elsewhere. The service is quick enough, if there are multiple people in line, but if you are the only one, expect to wait while the workers mill about behind the counter, talking and doing absolutely anything but pay attention to you, the customer. As for the customer service, there is nothing to say, as it is non-existent, except for the one cashier lady, who is always extremely pleasant and courteous. Specifically, the two guys making sandwiches, they are terrible.If not for the convenience this location provides and the amount of foot traffic, this place would not survive for very long.

Best breakfast place we have ever been to!

Spent one long evening suffering from the beginnings of a nasty cold. My husband made many overnight trips out to Cafe Water (thank you for being open 24hrs) for Lemon Ginger tea, Pomegranate Raspberry tea, another Lemon Ginger, and several of Natalie’s Juices pineapple/orange, tangerine.So thankful for the overnight supply of warm and cool relieve, as needed!

Great food buffet with healthy options. Soup station. Hot and cold sandwich station. Korean and Japanese food stations where food is prepared upon order. Desserts and drinks/juices, etc. Great place for any meal option.

Excellent food and service

There open ready food selection is HUGE. But on the expensive side. Very crowded during lunch, I suggest go at 11-11:30 to beat the traffic

Great city deli with Japanese Soups, Sushi and Korean Soups / stir-fry. Steam table and griddle too.

Food is average. Good service.

Best place to eat, wonderful food and greeting as well.

Wow! So much selection! The prices were fair. The service was top-notch. I first went in at breakfast time. It took me nearly 5 minutes to decide what I wanted. I really did not know how much selection they had. My vegetarian omelette was made perfectly. The bagel wasn't over-toasted. My god the cream cheese was so smooth and rich... I would go back just for that to be honest. I returned at lunch time as they have a large salad bar stationed in the middle of the shop. Again, I was impressed by the selection! So much to choose from! They even have a sushi counter near the end of the store! I have found my favorite new place to eat while in NYC :)

Food on buffet looked as if it had been there since yesterday. I decided not to get anything. My 12 year old nephew was hungry so he got VERY small amounts of "fried rice" and "lo mein" and it was 8 dollars!! I couldn't believe it!! I asked him how it was and he said it wasn't really very good. I do not recommend.

Really enjoyed this Deli - best food, convenient to my hotel, never had to wait. Very New York!

It's 7am and tables are so dirty. It looks like they did't clean those tables for some time.Poor management!!!

A bit pricey. But quick to get breakfast on way to work.

The person at the counter today behaved very badly to a customer. The cash counterperson (Cashier) can not speak in English properly and doesn't know how to behave nicely to the customer. Cafewater should take proper action against him. I don't know his name as he refused to tell me. But he was on duty at cash counter today, May 27, 2019 at 12:30 pm.

The best pork sandwich in the city.huge variety of food at a low prices. If you like brisket you will not be disappointed.

I entered at 6:05 AM There was an employee at the grill When I asked him if he can make me a egg sandwich He told me to wait Then continue to go about his business after about a minute he disappeared into the back. When I confronted the cashier He shrugged his shoulders This is the kind of experience you can expect

Good hot buffet with plenty of options, great for lunch if you're in the area. Would eat this over any vendor/fast food resturant anyday.

Really like the stir fry station for lunch.

This is hands down the best deli / cafe in nyc. The panini's are excellent with very reasonable prices! My family and I became homeless for a few days over the winter due to our apartment flooding, and this was our favorite place to get that home cooked feel. The owner's really care about others! And they provide great service and lots of options.

Great food

Food tastes awful. Everything felt like plastic, nothing was fresh, and it was overall a bad experience walking to this cafe. They didnt care to help us whatsoever and they charged us extremely high for a small meal of rice and chicken (19.50)Do not come here, you might as well go to McDonald's or a hot dog stand. At least there you get ok service and decent food

I mainly use their buffet, which is always fresh and tasty. It's expensive, but so are other buffets in the area. Service is fast and efficient. They accept apps such as Ritual and Cinch. Their sandwiches are so-so and I can't recommend them.

Yo, there were BUGS: ants and maggots, in my oatmeal this morning. I went back, they refunded my money. I WISH THAT I COULD POST THE VIDEO!!! I was so disgusted, after I returned the food, they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a free bagel or breakfast sandwich, I just left. Today was the last of me going there.

Came here for lunch as recommenddd by hotel staff. Great food from fruits, salads, chicken, beef, salmon, veggies, sushi, you name it, they have it. Delicious and healthy choices.

Love their variety and food very flavorful, can go there everyday and not get tired of what I eat, especially love the salmon!

Good spot for some quick delicious food. They have buffet. Made to order food, and asain food. 4 stars because there is limited seating.

I like this place. Typical Manhattan deli in an area flooded with overpriced hyped up salad spots and "healthy bowl" restaurants. Here you get in, get anything you want, get out all at decent prices.
